Although Altamar is located in the centre of Playa de las Americas, the complex is quiet.   It is in an excellent location as you can walk equally in one direction to top replica watches Los Cristianos or in the other direction to the marina at Puerto Colon.  There are beaches, bars and restaurants in each walking distance.

The complex now consists of privately owned houses and apartments.

  • Fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, washing machine, microwave etc.

  • Lounge with sofa bed, satellite TV (with English channels) - doors leading to terrace with pool view

  • Full bathroom with bath and shower

  • 2 twin bedrooms with small balcony off each
