The Apartments California are situated in the centre of Playa de Las Americas in a peaceful garden area, but only a short distance from the most symbolic selection of bars, restaurants, shops and all types of amenities. The Troya Beach is only 800m away and the Las Vistas Beach at only 700m. It is without doubt, the ideal place for those who wish to spend their holidays within easy reach of the variety of entertainment available in this resort.
Accommodation
The
California apartments offer 93 units most of which are studios with some
1 bedroom apartments. All units are conventionally furnished and the
studios compose of a living area, kitchenette with fridge and 2 rings,
full bathroom, direct telephone, safe and TV some channels are payable,
balcony. The one bedroom apartments have a separate twin bedroom and
lounge. The apartments are cleaned 5 times a week, bed linen is changed
2 times a week and towels are changed 3 times a week. Baby cots are
available on request and will count as 1 person in the room and not in
addition to the maximum occupancy.
Facilities & Services
The
California Apartments offer one outdoor fresh water pool and a sun
terrace with umbrellas and sun beds. There is also a Snack/Pool Bar
serving all sort of light meals and snacks.
