This beautifully furnished 5 bedroom villa, offers any family a real home from home luxury feel and is nestled into the prestigious Chayofa hills, just 10 minutes from Los Cristianos. On entering the villa, you will walk into a large reception hall and leading off to the left is the Lounge/dining area, with 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table, television, DVD and satellite system with BBC1, BBC2, ITV and channel 4, it also has a sky digibox, CD and radio player. The lounge has double patio doors that lead out onto the terrace. Next to the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen, with coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, welsh dresser and stereo radio, with adequate seating for 6 inside and 4-6 outside on the terrace. Double patio doors also lead out to sun terrace where there is a built in BBQ. Additionally downstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes and dressing tables. One of the twins has direct access to the downstairs bathroom which consists of Bath and shower, WC, bidet and double sink. Upstairs, there is a gallery landing which leads to a further 3 bedrooms, 2 of which being twins with built in wardrobes and dressing tables with mirrors. A separate family bathroom is located just along the Gallery landing, with bath and shower, WC, bidet and double sinks. The master bedroom, comprises of Double bed, television and its own private balcony overlooking the pool. There is a separate dressing area with built in mirrored wardrobes and then on to the en-suite bathroom with his and her sinks, bidet, WC, a large bath with rose shower over and a wall mounted hairdryer. Outside there is a private heated pool, with sunloungers, garage for 2 cars, sauna with shower and utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Amenities
Los Cristianos still retains a hint of the original fishing village it used to be with its fresh fish dispensers on the port and is the second largest holiday resort in the south of Tenerife, the largest being its next door neighbour Playa de Las Américas. The centre is completely pedestrian friendly, which is good news for tourists and a welcome change from the steady flow of traffic typical in areas such as Las Américas. The older area of town is made up of houses in which most of the town's local Canarian population still live. Los Cristianos merges into Playa de Las Americas further down the Coastline and can be reached by bus or on foot. Los Cristianos has two main beaches both of which are suitable for soaking up the sun and swimming lazily. It also has numerous restaurants, and bars including one or two Discos. Travelling time from the Airport is about 15 minutes. Let us not forget the leisure port from where the ferry leaves for the surrounding Islands. Boat trips to see the Whales and Dolphins is another option the port has to offer. The nearby centre hosts a good selection of shops and many pretty pavement cafés along its promenade which runs parallel with the shoreline. It is difficult to determine where Los Cristianos ends and Las Americas begins, especially if we take into account the seafront area known as San Telmo. This is because Las Américas kept expanding eastwards until it reached the Los Cristianos borderline. Los Cristianos is famed for its beaches scattered along the seafront. The most popular one, Playa de las Vistas, was completed in 1997 with the aid of sand taken from the sea-bed itself. Next to the port, amid the hustle and bustle of the town centre, we find another popular stretch of beach surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops.
Local Interests
Chayofa has quite a few amenities of it's own, within easy reach of the Villa there is the Country Club, which has tennis courts a bar and restaurant with nightly entertainment and a supermarket close by. Within a short taxi ride or a short walk, there are some very good restaurants including La Estancia which offers a fantastic A La Carte menu, Clarets with an extensive menu, bars and a mini market are located are a short walk away. There is a bus stop on the roadside in front of the Country Club, which at just a 15 minute ride away will bring you into Los Cristianos and the beaches. Taxi´s are readily available at the Country Club reception. Further into the hills in Arona and only a 10 minute drive from the Villa you will find Las Aguilas del Tiede, also known as The Jungle Park, set in 75,000 sq metres of tropical garden this animal and eagle park is an ideal day out for families or indeed anyone with an interest in nature. The spectacular wild birds of prey show, is hosted by the fantastic falconers and have practically every breed of Africa's finest birds of prey including, Condors, American bald eagle and sea eagles to name but a few.
