Clube Avenida Praia is located at 700 m from Beach of Rocha and at 3 Km from the centre of Portimao.

There are 714 studies and one and two-room apartments equipped with complete bathroom, kitchenette, heating, telephone, safe box (in rent) and TV (in rent).

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00–10:00), lunch (12:30–14:30) and dinner (18:30–21:30), all buffet style with international cuisine, served in the main restaurant. Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis, arrow shooting, table tennis, hydro-gym (pool), gymnastics, daily entertainment programme with several activities performed by the animation team (10:00–24:00), two outdoor swimming pools for adults & one for children (10:00–18:00), large terrace with parasols & sun lounges, games-room, TV-room (hall) as well as kid’s club (Jul-Aug) for children aged 4–12 yrs with entertainment children’s room from 10:00-18:00.
