El Veril del Duque is a new low level residential complex (only ground and 1st floor apartments).  It is quiet and tranquil, yet very close to the beach at Bahia del Duque (just 3-4 minutes walk), just 250 metres away.  THe nearest supermarket is approximately 100 metres distance and the shopping centre "El Duque" is only 1300 metres away.  The complex offers a large communal swimming pool, which is built on the flat for people not wanting hills.  It is located on west side of Playa Las Americas in district of Fanabe.  Fanabe is the newest part of the Playa Las Americas and Costa Adeje resorts. This area is more suited to people seeking less of the night life but wish to enjoy, good location, fine restaurants and bars, good shopping centers and good beaches with facilities.
