The H10 Las Palmeras Hotel is located in Playa de las Americas, surrounded by generous subtropical gardens with direct access to the seaside-promenade and only 15km from the airport.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and provided with all necessary amenities to make you feel like home and enjoy a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere during your vacation. All rooms are equipped with complete bathroom with hairdryer, direct telephone line, satellite TV, air conditioning, safety deposit box (local charge), terrace, mini-bar (on request), piped music, (also available disabled rooms upon request).

In the hotel you can find “Las Palmeras” restaurant with buffet with show cooking (dressing code applies), a Barbecue restaurant near the swimming pool, a Pool Bar, the “Big Ben” Bar, which offers to the hotel’s guests evening entertainment, a Piano Bar, in the Hall and “Ballena Bar” , a snack-bar near the beach. Drinks are not included in Half/Full Boards.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00, plus diet option), lunch (13:00-15:30, plus vegetarian option) and dinner (18:30-21:30, plus vegetarian option), all buffet style with international cuisine and show cooking, served in the main restaurant. Theme dinner buffets take place at least three times weekly. During breakfast coffee, milk, infusions, juices and mineral water in vending machines are offered (self-service) – station for sparkling wine; during lunch & dinner, soft drinks, juices, mineral water, beer and wine. Also at the disposal of the AI guests is the La Choza snack bar restaurant for late breakfast (10:00-12:30, with coffee, infusions and pastry products), light lunch & snacks (12:30-15:30, with hamburgers, hot dogs, hot & cold sandwiches, pizzas, fish fingers, chips, mini rolls and ice cream) and afternoon snack service (15:30-18:30, with cold sandwiches & mini-rolls, cakes, pastries and ice cream). Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks (hot & cold ones) and cocktails are served at the La Choza (10:00-18:30) and at the Big Ben bar (18:00-01:00, plus sandwiches & mini-rolls).

The hotel has two swimming pools (one heated in winter), three tennis courts, ping pong and billiards. There is also a day and night-time entertainment programme.

Sport facilities at the hotel include board games, tennis (one hour per room/stay, upon request & subject to availability), children’s playground, day & night entertainment, night shows and exhibitions.

Wine list and special drinks, A la Carte lunch at La Choza, in-room mini bar, in-room safety deposit boxes, room service, the Piano bar located in the reception hall (09:00-24:00, beverages & pastries), the La Ballena restaurant-snack bar located in front of the promenade (12:00-18:00 (A la Carte food, ice cream, beverages), tennis (except the free hour), tennis equipment, mini golf, slot machines, internet corner, room telephone, hairdresser, car rental and shops are available at a charge.

The hotels offers a hairdressers, internet corner (local charge), private parking (without surveillance), souvenir shops, car rental, money exchange, room service, TV, games room, meeting rooms.

Customers will be identified through a colour plastic bracelet. Please keep in mind that the timetables only give an idea of the opening hours of the sales outlets, since they should be individualized to the type of customers of the hotel and time of the year and are therefore subject to changes according to the criteria of the hotel management. The management also reserves the right to modify the planning of shows and exhibitions depending on the season.
