The hotel is located in the south of the island of Tenerife, in Costa Adeje, approximately 250 m to the nearest bathing spot.  Nearby there are numerous shopping and leisure opportunities.

The hotel consists of 481 rooms all equipped with hairdryer, brand new curtains and bed covers, telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box, mini bar (on request and for an extra charge), air conditioning, bathroom, shower, WC, and furnished balcony. Also family room for 2 adults and 2 children, identical to rooms but more spacious is available.

Half board service (breakfast and dinner) with a generous, varied hot and cold buffet in the main restaurant. (Gentlemen must were long trousers for dinner). There is also a new Barbeque restaurant with impressive sea views.

Sports available at the hotel (free of charge) include table tennis and bowls. The hotel offers, for an extra charge, tennis hard court (tennis lessons available), one squash court and billiards. Children’s activities include Mini club (ages 4 to 12), integrated children’s pool and playground. There is a varied entertainment programme during the day and in the evening. There is also a new dance-room Lanzarote for animation and shows at night.
