Two bedroom Spanish holiday villa

A south facing top floor apartment of a three storey building, in the Torrecilla beach area of Nerja.  Walking distance to all amenities in the town, bars, restaurants, shops and the famous Balcon de Europa.  The beach is 50 yards from the front door of the building.  Car hire is not necessary but there is street parking right outside.  To get inside the building there are about ten steps and then a lift to all floors, ready for 2005/2006 there will be disabled access to the building.  Once inside the building take the lift to the third floor, you will find the apartment in a corner position with great views over the sea.  A view from one terrace shown to your left.

The apartment has a large lounge with dining area, a gas heater for colder months, a television and access to a terrace.

There is a fully tiled and fitted kitchen, with large fridge/freezer and other appliances and a door to a separate utility area.

A very large bathroom, newly renovated in 2004, includes a bath with shower over and a separate shower cubicle.

Two bedrooms, one double and one twin both with fitted wardrobes and both having access to the south facing terrace.  The terrace has a table and chairs a lovely area to sit, looking and listening to the sea, while you have breakfast etc.

The building also boasts a large swimming pool and garden area, the pool would normally be open May until October but could close for repairs if necessary, this is strictly up to the community and we would have no control over that.
