Three bedroom Spanish holiday apartment

Edificio Almirante an apartment with three bedrooms in Nerja town centre. This apartment is in excellent condition and well furnished.

The building is on two floors and has entrances on two streets, the best entrance for this apartment is on C/ Cristo , it is then necessary to climb approximately 20 steps. On entering the front door to your left is a bedroom containing two single beds, next left is a full bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. To your right is a bedroom containing two single beds, one fold away bed and a wardrobe. Next is a staircase of approximately 10 steps leading to a roof terrace. The terrace has facilities to dry washing a table and chairs and four sun beds, also views over the roof tops to the mountains.

 Downstairs again to the left  is a toilet and washbasin. To the right another bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Next right is the kitchen fully equipped with oven and hob, refrigerator,  Water and cooking facilities are electric.

At the end of the corridor is the living room, containing table and six chairs, two sofa’s, coffee table, television table with T.V. and video..
