This
is a brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a private pool. Situated
in a very convenient location being only 10 minutes walk from either the
town or the beach, it is ideal for the family holiday.
As you enter through the locking wrought iron gate you will see the
‘L’ shaped terrace and private swimming pool. The pool
measurements are 6m X 2.70m surface area, 1.50m deep end and 1.15m
shallow end. There are sun loungers, a patio table and chairs as well as landscaped
banking.
From
the hallway there is the lounge/dining room with comfortable sofas. There
is a T.V. receiving the free to air English channels and a DVD player. The
dining area has a table and chairs. From this area there are two
large patio windows which lead onto the terrace and to the pool area.
The kitchen is galley style with light coloured units, dishwasher,
electric oven and hob, fridge and is fully equipped with utensils. The
door leads on to the other side of the terrace where the patio table and
chairs are situated.
The
first bedroom is on the ground floor having twin beds and wardrobe
and a ceiling fan. Next to this there is a good size downstairs
shower room with shower, w.c. wash hand basin and a washing machine.
Upstairs there is bedroom two which also has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. Bedroom three is the master bedroom, with a king size bed etc. and French windows leading to a small terrace. Between the bedrooms is a full bathroom, with shower over the bath.
