Two bedroom Spanish holiday apartment

This is a pueblo style villa situated on the well established popular Oasis Village which is adorned with lush sub tropical gardens offering a profusion of colour and foliage all year around. The beach and town are about 20 minutes walk away and there is a supermarket about 10 minutes walk away.

The accommodation is all on one level, reached by 15 steps. The comfortable lounge/dining room has a large screen television, DVD player and sound system. The television receives cable channels including U.K. terrestrial channels and some sky sports/movies. There is a ceiling fan for the warmer weather and an electric heater for the cooler months. The dining area has a dining table and 4 chairs. The open plan kitchen is compact but has everything you need including a microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob. Go through the large double patio doors in the lounge to a large South facing terrace with sun beds, patio table and chairs, parasols and magnificent views over the gardens towards the sea.

There are two bedrooms, both of a good size the first having a double bed, fitted wardrobes, drawers and bedside tables. The second has two singles beds, fitted wardrobe, drawers and bedside tables. Both rooms have double patio doors leading to the terrace.

The bathroom is fully tiled with bath and overhead shower, wash hand basin and w.c.

The villa now has air conditioning in the lounge.

There is street parking just outside of the villa, and the Oasis has two swimming pools, a baby pool, a smart restaurant and bar, a café style bar and a pantanque court. The 2 public telephone boxes are within a couple of minutes walk.
