A lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished apartment available for long term rental on the peaceful complex of Pueblo Primavera. This complex is private & residential only. The apartment is ground floor with garden to the front & rear of the property, with 2 bedrooms 1 double, 1 twin and 2 bathrooms. A comfortable lounge with British community television to include BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Ch4, Ceebeebies, eurosport, & a 24 hour movie channel. There is a fully equiped kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker & hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle etc and a washing machine. A lovely apartment for an easy going life. Sorry no pets.
Golf del Sur
The
Golf del Sur is situated in the south of Tenerife about 10 minutes from
the airport. This luxury resort boasts several excellent restaurants
catering for every taste from fish & chips to Spanish cuisine. A ten
minute walk along the coast takes you to The Golf’s San Blas Square,
where you will find everything you require such as, restaurants, bars,
supermarkets, internet cafe, cash points and live nightly entertainment.
For day to day requirements there are several small supermarkets, car hire
outlets and a regular, comfortable bus service, which will take you to
destinations in the North of the island or closer ones such as Playa de
Las Americas.
The
resort has spectacular views to the sea and the new San Miguel Marina
provides a newly completed sea walkway for one of the most relaxing walks
beside the sea in the South, many water sports are now available from the
new Marina. Within 10 minutes are local Spanish towns of Los Abrigos and
El Medano with superb restaurants. In addition, there are 
beautiful
natural sandy beaches in El Medano, which is the home of Tenerife’s
International windsurfing. Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas is a
15-minute drive away with its man made beaches, lovely shops and a great
variety of restaurants. Tenerife itself has numerous visits for all the
family. Mount Teide is the highest mountain in Spain and is a very
interesting drive. There are many attractions for children such as Loro
Park Zoo, Aqua Park and go-kart racing. Santa Cruz, the capital city,
offers fabulous shops and the main football stadium, home of Tenerife
football club for Spanish soccer fans! The Las Adelfas Hotel & Country
Club is situated only 500m from the Clubhouse of the Golf del Sur 27-hole
championship Golf Course. Ever since it's 1987 inaugural event, a
competition for professionals, the 27 greens and fairways of Golf del Sur
have provided the backdrop for various international tournaments. In 1989,
they bore witness to Jose Maria Olazabal´s victory in the Open de
Tenerife, a feat he repeated in 1992. The following year they watched as
David Gilford won the event, as did Mark James in 1994. In 1995, Golf del
Sur hosted the Shell Wonderful World of Golf tournament and its
head-to-head battle between Ernie Els and Phil Mickelson.
Prices
900 euros per month plus electricity
Non refundable deposit of £64 per month required up front to secure the booking
Plus owner requires 6 weeks rent in advance and one month's rent as a security bond (which will be refunded back at the end of the stay).
Rent payable locally thereafter in advance at the beginning of each month period.
Minimum 6 month contract.
