A two bedroom town house on Punta Lara an estate about 1 to 2 km from the centre of Nerja, popular with residents and holiday makers alike.
Comprises on the ground floor two bedrooms, one of them a twin and the other a double, both with fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom with shower over the bath. On the first floor there is a lounge and large fitted kitchen, enough space in the kitchen for a dining table and six chairs, lounge also has a sofa bed, plus television with some English channels.
Off the lounge through French windows, there is a terrace equipped with table and chairs and views to the sea and the town.
Punta
Lara has a large community swimming pool with a separate children's pool,
plus plenty garden area around the pool to relax and a two bars to get
that cooling drink or ice cream.
Car hire is recommended but not essential, there is a local bus service from a nearby Hotel, plus a main line service just at the entrance to the estate.
