Two bedroom Spanish holiday apartment

A two bedroom apartment, on the Tropicana complex which is next Punta Lara, about 1km from the centre of Nerja.  There is good parking in a cul de sac where the property is situated, if you decide to have car hire, it's not necessary but I would recommend it.  However there is a good local bus service from a nearby Hotel.

To access the apartment you need to go up approx ten steps, there is just one apartment underneath and all apartments are accessed as you would a house, not inside a building.

Once inside there is to your right a fully fitted kitchen, with all modern appliances.  To your left the lounge with dining area, very good furniture, two sofas, and two wicker chairs, plus dining table and four chairs and a television, with a cable system.

From the lounge you access the terrace, which is very large and south facing, fantastic views out to sea and well equipped with large table, six chairs and four sun beds, there is also a wind out awning for your comfort.From the lounge there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin with a bathroom between the two.  The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and french window that leads to the terrace.  The twin bedroom has the two beds, a fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers.  The bathroom consists of a bath with shower over, a toilet, bidet and washbasin.

There is also a lovely swimming pool and club house, with a bar, restaurant and gym.

Prices

Although, the apartment sleeps 4 people, it is normally possible to put an extra bed in the apartment, if required for a 5th person if a child.
