Four bed four bathroom Lanzarote villa

The villa has direct access to a scenic cliff top walkway and is ideally situated in a quiet residential area for access to the old village and harbour and in the opposite direction the stylish marina of Puerto Calero is within walking distance. If you do not want to venture too far, there is a small commercial centre close by, with a supermarket and small selection of restaurants and bars.

The villa sleeps up to 8 and comprises:

Side entrance into small hallway; spacious lounge and dining area with comfortable seating, satellite TV (limited channels), dining table and chairs, large picture window, patio doors leading to spacious elevated terrace; fitted oak kitchen, electric eye level oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker; utility room with fridge freezer, washing machine, iron & ironing board; large upper sun terrace partly covered, table and chairs to seat 8 comfortably, built in BBQ.

Comfortably furnished lounge area with sofa, satellite TV (limited channels), dining table with chairs, patio doors leading to wooden decked terrace with pool and sea views; kitchenette with fridge, electric hob, microwave; large bathroom; double bedroom, fitted wardrobes, patio doors leading to terrace with pool and sea views.

The 8m x 3.5m oval shaped pool with roman style steps (acclimatised in the winter months) is surrounded by a spacious terrace, equipped with parasols and sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular views of the sea and Fuerteventura. The villa has off street parking and a car port.

Maid service twice weekly.
