A large detached villa ideally located in the tranquil coastal resort of Callao Salvaje, just a 15 minute drive from Playa de las Americas. The supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants of Callao Salvaje are within a 15 minute walk.
Villa Baracca has its own large, private swimming pool which is surrounded by a tiled sunbathing terrace. For your convenience the terrace is equipped with patio furniture and a portable BBQ. There is also a elevated sunbathing terrace overlooking the pool area. This is accessed from the upper level of the villa and is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sea views.

Inside,
the villa has a large open plan lounge, with Satellite TV and dining
facilities. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/hob,
fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There ia also a utility room with a washing
machine.

are four bedrooms, one double with a full en-suite bathroom, a further
double with an en-suite shower room, plus two twin bedded rooms which
share a full bathroom. Villa Baracca sleeps up to 8 people.
