Two bedroom Fuerteventura villa

Beachfront villa with private pool

A luxury villa located on the seafront in Corralejo, to the north of the island. It is opposite the beautiful uninhabited Island of Lobos, and faces both the harbour and bay and in the distance, Playa Blanca in Lanzarote. The villa is in a very quiet part of the town away from any noise. The town is about 10 minutes walk away at the end of the road, where all the restaurants start, the harbour is about 20 minutes walk or 15 minutes if you walk around the beach. There are sandy beaches either side of the property and the beautiful sandy beaches of Flag and Oliva are 20 minutes walk from the villa. There is a water park on the way out of town, about 20 minutes walk and a local market, the shops are in the high street and about 10 minutes walk away.

Accommodation

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and large private balcony on the seafront with spectacular views of Lobos Lanzarote and the harbour. The room has a built in wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers.

Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and built-in wardrobe.

The bathroom has a bath, shower mirror etc with a tiled floor.

The kitchen overlooks the sea, and has a cooker, hob, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc complete with all cutlery and utensils.

The living room has a large TV, basic Sky, a stereo and DVD player etc. It leads onto a rear garden and beach. There are two x 3 seater setees and a single chair, there are tables and chairs plus another double sofabed with separate curtained area.

Towels and linen are provided, and the house is cleaned once a week with linen changes once a week.

Accessibility
The property entrance has steps leading down to the property, so it would probably present a problem for a wheelchair.

Outside
The villa has a gas barbecue, tables and chairs sun loungers etc and has a front garden with private pool and a rear garden which backs onto the bay and beach.

Coast/Beach
The sandy beach is to the left and right of the house which literally backs onto the beach area. There is a very large beach with white sand dunes etc about 20 minutes walk from the house around the beach.

Special interest holidays
There are many watersports available in the bay, great for windsurfing, jetskiing, snorkelling, boat trips, surfing etc plus fantastic beach walks. There are golf courses within a 35 minute drive, plus a ferry to the other islands.

Travel
The airport in 35 minutes drive away and the town is at the end of the road about 5 minutes walk. It is not necessary to hire a car because the town and amenities are within minutes walk from the villa.

Booking notes
Bookings are welcome with a 50% deposit and are non-refundable once confirmed, balance of payments are due usually one month prior to the booking date.
