This is a group of attractive high quality villas in an excellent location within walking distance of the centre of the resort. Set in sub-tropical gardens with a private heated swimming pool they are perfect for a relaxing holiday in the wonderful climate of Fuerteventura.

Interior

These single storey villas are furnished to a high specification and are well decorated. An entrance hall leads to the spacious living room which has a dining area and patio doors to the poolside terrace. There is a separate well equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and access to a utility room with a washing machine. The villas have three bedrooms with twin beds placed together, large wardrobes, and electric fans. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a further family bathroom. A seventh person can be accommodated on a sofa in the living room, which without cushions is the same size as a bed.

Exterior

A sunbathing terrace surrounds the private 6 x 3 metre swimming pool which is electrically heated between the months of October and June and is entered by Roman steps. A patio dining table, a traditional Canarian barbecue and colourful sub-tropical plants complete the charming outdoor atmosphere. Steps lead up the side of the house to a beautiful roof terrace which has sunbeds and a parasol.

Amenities

The location is excellent with a supermarket and a restaurant within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Central Corralejo, the Galera Beach and the start of the sand dune beaches are about a 15-20 minute walk. A bus stop is a few minutes walk away from where there is a regular bus service to the sand dunes. In the centre of Corralejo you will find many excellent restaurants, shops and bars. On Mondays and Fridays there is a local street market where you can buy souvenirs and presents to take home. There is also an Activity Centre where the children can play on the Bouncy Castles, Trampolines and play Mini Golf. From the nearby harbour you can enjoy many excursions that are available, including glass bottom boat, submarine and Catamaran sailing. There is also a regular ferry to the neighbouring islands of Lanzarote and Lobos. The new golf course at Caleta de Fuste is a 30 minute drive and in 15 minutes you could be enjoying dinner overlooking the sea in El Cotillo at one of the charming Canarian fish restaurants.
