This recently modernised spacious villa in the residential area of Los Mojones is conveniently placed for strolling to the beach and avenida with it's variety of shops, bars and restaurants or the old town of Puerto del Carmen with its attractive harbour and excellent fish restaurants.
The villa has a large 8m x 4m solar heated swimming pool which is also acclimatised during the winter months. The large open and covered terrace offers privacy, views to the sea and a built in BBQ.
The
accommodation sleeps up to 7 and offers:
Well furnished lounge overlooking the pool with digital TV (limited
channels) video player, archway leading through to the dining area with
stylish wrought iron table and 6 chairs, well equipped kitchen with
breakfast bar, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
microwave, kettle, iron and toaster; utility room with washing machine; 2
twin bedrooms; full bathroom; master double bedroom with patio doors
opening to the pool and ensuite bathroom.
Maid service is provided twice weekly.
