The central courtyard and adjoining swimming pool and patio top the rear of the property look towards the stunning mountain slopes. The villa gives guests a superb opportunity to relax by a private pool, experience total quiet and tranquility and gaze at brilliant night skies undimmed by city lights. Dine from the BBQ in the open courtyard, or from the fully fitted and appointed kitchen in the villa. The property is furnished to a very high standard. The lounge is appointed with Satellite TV, Video, DVD and CD player, with accommodation offered across 3 double / twin bedrooms, 2 en suite bathrooms together with a utility room offering a washing machine. 

Accommodation

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to rear courtyard leading to utility and Bedroom 3 (twin beds)- ideal for children. 2 additional beds are available for sleeping up to 8 guests. Bed2 (twin or double) has own en-suite bathroom.  Bedroom 3, being accessed via bedroom 1 - useful for parents who can rest assured that children in bedroom 3 are secure and cannot wander off to the pool area unattended.

Bathrooms: 2 Bathrooms, one accessed from the central courtyard and en-suite to Bedroom 2. Bedroom 1 en-suite is shared with access to the rear courtyard leading to Bed 3.

Kitchen: Furnished with traditional timber table and chairs for 6 and tiled floor, the kitchen offers gas oven/hob, large fridge/freezer, sink unit and range of built in cupboards and marble work surfaces.

Utility Room: Accessed off the rear courtyard, the utility room houses a washing machine with additional storage for pushchair, high chair and beach / pool toys!

Living Rooms: The living room offers cushioned sofas and easy chairs, TV with DVD player, Video, Sky and CD music centre, with a huge floor to ceiling bay window offering fantastic views across the landscape to the sand dune beaches, Los Lobos and Lanzarote beyond.

Other: The living/Dining rooms, Bedrooms 1 and 2 are all accessed from the central courtyard, which, as the heart of the Villa offers additional dining table and chairs with a large BBQ, gardens and 'barn' doors leading to the private pool and surrounding patio.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bathroom towels and bed linen are all provided and changed by housekeeping midweek of your stay. Please provide your own beach towels and cot linen. Pool cleaning is twice a week.

Outside

The central courtyard has a patio table, chairs and sun canopy together with a stone barbecue. Large double barn-style doors lead you out to the pool patio with a 2 level solar heated pool. The circular upper pool is perfect for children to paddle and adults to sit around in. The water from this pool cascades down into the main figure eight shaped pool (overall dimensions 8x4m). The spacious patio is furnished with sun loungers and surrounded by private gardens where guests can take in the views of the mountains to the South and sand dunes with Lanzarote in the distance to the North - both spectacular views at day and night.

Coast/Beach

The main town of Corralejo is a 10 minute drive from the villa, as are the sand dune beaches.

The nearest town is Villa Verde, a short 5km drive from the property.
