This three bed villa with heated pool is situated in the Montana Roja area of Playa Blanca in Lanzarote. It forms part of a small development of similar properties, built approximately 2004, in a quiet residential area, yet close enough to the heart of the town of Playa Blanca. Every amenity, including the beach is just minutes walk away.
The accommodation can sleep up to 6 people and comprises three bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds and a downstairs bedroom with bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, one with bath and shower and a second bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped and includes an oven, microwave, good sized fridge freezer and a washing machine. The lounge/diner features a settee, Sky 37 inch TV and dining table and chairs for six people.
Outside
there is a terrace and gardens with a solar heated pool and outside
shower. There are also sun loungers available as well as garden
table and chairs.
Local Activities
Activities in the area include scuba diving, fishing and golf. Some of the best beaches on the island are nearby. You could go for a camel ride.
