This excellent new villa is perfectly situated in a peaceful location close to the sea and the stylish Marina 'Puerto Rubicon' with it's exclusive selection of shops, restaurants and waterfront cafes. Playa Blanca's charming village centre is approximately a 15 minute walk along the new scenic promenade. Lucia has spectacular mountain and sea views to the island of Los Lobos, Fuerteventura and natural white beaches of Papagayo. The villa is on 3 levels, sleeps up to 10 and comprises:
