With its quiet central location in the prime Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen, this very comfortable villa is only eight minutes walk away from the old town and its picturesque harbour. With its medley of local restaurants the choice of dishes are many and varied and even the most discerning of palates are catered for.
The property includes a solar heated, private, kidney shaped swimming pool, which is approximately 6 metres long and is surrounded by open and covered terraces, complete with barbecue.
