Villa Vista Montana is located on the edge of the sleepy, unspoilt village of Tindaya where a glorious, deserted coastline and spectacular views of the mountains create an atmosphere of total relaxation and privacy. Furnished and presented for those who require a peaceful and relaxing environment, Vista Montana provides either a quiet retreat, or a spacious well-appointed base from which to explore. The Villa is positioned just 20 -25 minutes from the island's airport, 15 -20 minutes drive from the bustling resort of Corallejo and 10 minutes from the quaint town of La Oliva where visitors will find a selection of bars, restaurants and a supermarket.
This
property has been built to a high standard and sits in over 3000 square
metres of landscaped gardens with a 7.5 x 3.5m swimming pool. The swimming
pool and patio area is enclosed by a wall for added privacy and is south
facing to maximise on the island's wonderful weather. The pool area is
furnished with patio furniture and sun loungers for six people and there
is also a shower. A covered seating area with a built-in barbeque,
provides the ideal shady retreat for al-fresco dining whilst admiring the
fabulous views. The property also features a small roof terrace with
panoramic views of Tindaya.

Vista
Montana provides a fully fitted and extremely well equipped kitchen with a
large fridge/freezer, an oven, hob, microwave and a dishwasher. The
kitchen gives access a covered patio/dining area and the swimming pool.
There is a large and comprehensively furnished lounge/dining area with a
feature, brick fireplace. The living/dining area combines traditional dark
wood furniture with modern entertainment equipment including a Satellite
TV, Video and a DVD Player. The master bedroom has a double bed with an
en-suite shower room and two further bedrooms with twin beds share a
second bathroom. The villa also provides a safe, a laundry room with a
washing machine and ironing facilities and a cloakroom. There is a terrace
surrounding the house, which has steps down to the patio, swimming pool
and covered BBQ area.
There is a weekly maid service, towel and linen change. Vista Montana sleeps up to 6 people.
A cot is provided free of charge for infants under 2 years of age.
