These lovely terraced villas are on the seafront with spectacular views of the ocean and the neighbouring islands of Lanzarote and Lobos. They are located only 35 metres from the nearest beach and less than half a mile from the centre of the resort. The famous, glorious sand dune beaches are approximately a 20 minute walk.

Interior

These excellent, good quality villas are built on four levels. The entrance hall leads into the galleried dining area which overlooks the living room below. The modern fully equipped kitchen adjoins the dining area. The spacious well furnished living room has patio doors leading to the terrace and swimming pool with magnificent views to the ocean. The villas have three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, patio doors to a private terrace with stunning views and an en-suite bathroom. Steps lead to the next floor where there are two further bedrooms and a full family bathroom. One bedroom has twin beds and a second bedroom has a single bed. An additional bed can be provided in this room for a child under the age of twelve. A cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin is located off the entrance hall. We feel that the design of these houses makes them unsuitable for children under the age of three. The photographs shown are for the end terrace villa but guests can also be allocated in a mid terrace property.

Exterior

The patio doors from the living room lead to a large sunbathing terrace which surrounds the attractive 6.5 metres by 3.5 metre swimming pool (heated between 1st October until 30th June) which is accessed by ladder steps. The terrace is furnished with patio dining furniture, sun beds and a parasol to give you shade in the beautiful all year round Fuerteventura sunshine. At the end of the property there is a gate which leads on to the coastal path on which you can walk for miles in either direction.

Amenities

These villas are situated in a very sought after location. A selection of good restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. From the nearby harbour there is a variety of excellent excursions, including fishing, glass bottom boat, submarine and Catamaran sailing. There is also a regular ferry to the beautiful nearby island of Lanzarote where you can spend the day exploring the spectacular scenery. Another ferry goes to the uninhabited island of Lobos. Fuerteventura is world famous for its miles and miles of unspoilt white sand beaches. Kite surfing and wind surfing schools are located on these beaches. A 15 minute drive can take you to the beautiful fishing village of El Cotillo where there are several charming Canarian fish restaurants overlooking the sea. The new golf course at Caleta de Fuste is a 30 minute drive.
