Two bedroom Spanish holiday apartment

This large two bedroom apartment is located just a few minutes from the marina at Estepona. The apartment enjoys sea views and is only 100m from the beach.   The complex features a large, communal pool, barbeque area, tennis court and gardens which lead down to the beach.


If you are looking for a beach holiday with Spanish charm and a touch of Marbella class then Estepona is the place. Although only 15 minutes away from Puerto Banus where image is everything, Estepona is a whole world apart. Understated and full of character, here you can wander down the cobbled streets and taste the Spanish delicacies at the local tapas bars and restaurants, soak up some sun with a glass of Rioja overlooking the marina, or browse the unusual shops and bodegas that are very inviting, friendly and cheap!

Golf Facilities The are over 30 golf courses within driving distance of the apartment, this part of the coast is known as Costa del Golf due to the large number of quality courses. Two local courses of note are listed below, if you would like any further information on these or other courses or would like to book we will be happy to put you in touch with the right people.

Estepona Golf Course Estepona Golf is privately owned by David and Rory Leader. Their policy is to concentrate on visiting golfers as a 'pay as you play' course. The 18 hole course, located on the inland side of the main coastal road at Km. 150, just one mile from Estepona town centre, was designed by Jose Luis Lopez and first opened in 1989. The design uses the natural landscape which is set against the Sierra Bermeja mountain range, and enjoys sea views from most parts of the course. The fairways are wide and the greens large which provides a challenge for players of all levels, but doesn't penalise the average golfer. Playing the front nine you'll have the pleasure to play the longest hole in Spain, hole 3, a par 5 called the Ski Run which measures 568 metres from the white tees. There are many palms, eucalyptus and wild olive trees on the course, and players have a great opportunity to enjoy many rare species of wildlife, particularly on the second half.

Los Flamingos Los Flamingos is one of the 3 courses in the Málaga region that opened in 2001.The course is sited west of San Pedro de Alcántara in the hills close to the N340. Los Flamingos is designed by Antonio García Garrido who managed to set out a spectacular course with stunning views to the Mediterranean Sea, Africa and Gibraltar. Although the vegetation is still young, great care has been taken to offer the visitor a surrounding with a diversity of plantation like cypresses, orange, olive and pine trees, carob, chestnut and pomegranate trees. The stream 'Arroyo del taraje' passes through the course seriously testing your accuracy from the tee at holes 1 ,4, 9 and 10. Besides the stream, 3 lakes are in play at holes 1, 10, 15, 16 17, 18. After the round of golf you can enjoy your beverages at the clubhouse terrace or the magnificent 5 star hotel, the views are stunning!
