This newly built 2 bedroom town house has a private roof terrace located on a small complex. The first floor balcony overlooks the pool area with the sea and the mountains in the background. The house is ideal for families and couples.
This
exclusive complex consists of just 28 houses. This town house has
two bedrooms, a large open plan lounge and dining area.
The two bedrooms are both furnished with solid pine beds and dressing
tables, the double room has a built in safe and a ceiling fan. There is a
travel cot and blankets available at no extra charge. The bathroom is on
the first floor between both bedrooms it has a full sized bath with shower
above the bath, toilet and wash basin. There is also a downstairs
wash room with a toilet and wash basin.
The dining area is at the rear of the lounge next to the kitchen. It
has a solid pine table and chairs and has seating for 4. The kitchen is
fully fitted with a hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine,
toaster, kettle, and has pine units. The lounge includes a comfortable 3
piece suite, 21 inch television and a DVD player.
The
patio doors lead onto a patio area with a table and chairs. The house also
has a roof garden with sun loungers which offers beautiful views. The pool
and garden area has a large swimming pool with beautiful flowers and
shrubs, and a selection of sun loungers and umbrellas.
There is also a welcome pack waiting for you on arrival, consisting of
tea, coffee and sugar, so that you can relax from the minute you arrive!
Location
Coral Bay is a couple of minutes by car, Paphos is 15 minutes by car. Peyia Village is a couple of minutes walking distance away with a range of amenities: banks, restaurants and tavernas. Coral Bay offers windsurfing, water parks, swimming and horse riding.
