Villa Santa Monica is a stunning, newly refurbished four bedroomed property located in the popular Torviscas Alta area of Playa de las Americas. The villa is within a ten minute drive of all of the resort facilities including the wonderful beach at Fanabe, the Puerto Colon Marina and the seafront promenade with its host of shops, bars and restaurants. The quaint port of Los Cristianos, with its excellent fish restaurants, can also be reached within a fifteen minute drive.
For those preferring to spend a quiet day at the villa, the property offers various terraces that provide panoramic views of the mountains and the coast, as well as a delightful 9 x 4m private, heated swimming pool. The pool provides spacious terraces as well as sunloungers and a hammock. There is also a seating area and a BBQ so that guests can enjoy al-fresco dining.

The villa boasts a homely atmosphere with comfortable, airy, well furnished rooms and enjoys impressive views of the mountains and coast from its large balconies and terraces.
The
main section of the villa offers a spacious lounge with a host of
entertainment facilities including a TV (BBC System) and DVD player, a
dining room and a fully fitted kitchen which is also very well equipped
with a microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. The bedrooms consist
of a double master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two further double
bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of these bedrooms open onto a large terrace
which enjoys spectacular views.
Villa Santa Monica's fourth bedroom can be found nestled on the villa's
lower level with direct access to the pool side. This self-contained
section of the villa consists of a double bedroom with an en-suite
bathroom, a living area with a sofa bed and a kitchen. This area of the
villa provides excellent accommodation for large families as it provides
the opportunity for everyone to holiday in the same villa, whilst still
retaining some degree of privacy.
