The
Palms complex is situated right next to the championship golf course in
the Golf del Sur resort and just 10 minutes from an international bowling
green. It is one of the most picturesque and well maintained resorts
on the Golf del Sur. The complex has beautifully, well-maintained,
sub-tropical landscaped gardens, 4 pools with plenty of sun beds, a
restaurant, pool bar, full reception services and a laundry room.
Internet access is also available on the complex. There is a
small sandy beach 10 minute walk away, next to the marina. Within
200 yards there is a supermarket, restaurants and bars. Within 15 minutes
walk there is the Commercial Centre of San Blas with its many shops, bars
and restaurants. Just 15 minutes drive away is the town of Los Cristianos
where there is a fishing port with various boat trips and a large Sunday
market.
Golf
del Sur is a thriving holiday resort. It is renowned for it's
magnificent championship golf course and is only 10 minutes drive from
Reina Sofia airport. The resort suits golfers as well as families
and couples wanting a quieter more peaceful environment, as well as
beautiful scenery. Whilst being only 15 minutes bus ride from the
hustle and bustle of Playa de Las Americas, Golf del Sur itself is a more
relaxed resort offering a mix of peace, tranquility with good evening
entertainment. The cottages are only a 10 minute walk from the newly
constructed marina which is overlooked by several good restaurants and
bars. Evening entertainment is also available in the centre of Golf del
Sur at the San Blas commercial centre where there is a selection of shops,
bars and restaurants around the main square. For those wanting to self
cater there are several small supermarkets within walking distance and a
large Mercadona Supermarket about approximately 2 miles from The Palms.
