Yucca
Park is a 3 star complex, built in 1989 and renovated in 2003. The
vast majority of the 98 apartments on this complex were timeshare,
although most are now under private ownership.
The
complex is low-level consisting of ground floor and 1st floor one bed and
two bed apartments.
The
apartments are situation in Fanabe, which is the classier end of Playa de
las Americas. The apartments are a short walk to all the amenities
in the area, such as restaurants, bars etc.
 There
is a long sandy beach, and the twice
weekly market is only a short walk away.
There
is parking available on the street outside of the complex.
The
apartments are approximately a 20 minute drive from Tenerife South
airport.
